Worked out for about 35 mins yesterday with my trainer. I'm hurting today. Imagine if I worked out for an hour, I don't think I'd get out of bed today. Would've chucked a sicky. Glad to finally meet my trainer and to start doing some real exercises.
I am married to the love of my life and best friend. We have been blessed with three beautiful children, and a black lab puppy. I've lived in Provo for over 3 years now and that is also how long I've been working for Intermountain. I love the outdoors, and I am always looking for a new challenge in life. The main reason why I am doing the 100-day heart challenge is to see if I can even do it, and to hopefully apply what I learn during it to live a healthier life style.
Was that your first workout with a trainer?? Wow, I am impressed, you did a great job yesterday. You gotta love those "plank" exercises!
